Vayikra 5747. (5771).
Hashem is calling Moshe from His Essence to the essence of Moshe (and every Yid). This power is then brought down to affect our service (even) in elevating and refining the animal soul and body.
Adam Ki Yakriv 5745
This is a Maamar from 9 kislev. This Korbanos Maamar made its way into the winter because it was a newly printed Sefer of the Mitteler Rebbe. The Maamar (in general) makes two points about a Korban: 1) to sacrifice and transform, 2) Uplift and bring close. The Rebbe proposes that these two also exist…
אדם כי יקריב מכם ה’תשמ”ב.
1) Korban means to bring close, and everything can be made closer. 2) It is brought close by Yidden who are Hashem’s shluchim. 3) It begins with the sacrifice of self, and more specifically the sacrifice of the higher and Godly 4) It continues to the more mundane and lowly, including the body and animal…
14. Bayom Hashmini 5746 (Chanuka)
This Maamar is Muga. The number eight is higher than order, but not all “eighths” are equal. The eighth of Miluim is relative to Hishtalshelus, while the eighth of Chanuka is connected with Atzmus.
01. Adon Olom 5743 (Muga)
Class Three. This Ma’amar begins where the last one ends: In the last Ma’amar the idea was that we affect the bringing forward of מקור כל התענוגים through blowing Shofar. Here the argument is put forth that the highest idea is not doing for any kind of pay back or effect but simply to do…
08. ViAvrohom Zakain 5746
ViAvrohom Zakein and Ba Bayamim. This was said before (40 years earlier about both Avrohom ands Sara) and it is repeated here; as there are levels in Ba BaYamim, the first being finite and the second being infinite. The numbers 40 and 90 are explored here.
32. Gan Naul.. Gal Naul… 5747
A commentary on a Maamar of the Rebbe Maharash which is part of the hemshech “Matza Zu 5640”. “Gan” is Mitzvos, Betrothal, Pesach. Yet it already has life and therefore sets the stage for”Gal” which is Torah, Marriage, Shavuos.
Im Bichukosai 5746.
Before Shavuos, Hashem begs us (Im Bichukosai- Lashon Tachanunim) to do Mitzvos wholly. This means in all three levels: Machshava- thought and spiritual connection [Bichukosai TaLaichu), Dibur- Learn and understand the detail of the halacha of Torah (ViEs Mitzvosai Tishmoru], Maase’- Action with Kabbalas Ol [VaAsisem Osom].
ויקהל משה ה’תשמ”א.
Moshe gathers the Jews and speaks first of Shabbos and then of the Mishkan; which is the opposite of how Hashem inspired him, where Shabbos was last. The Rebbe explains that these Pesukim are describing Hakhail; where the first step is Shabbos: Bittul followed by bringing Hashem into each aspect of life: The Bais HaMikdash.
