Lech Lecha is double. In Chassidus this alludes to movement up and down. This is Torah vs. Mitzvos and Tefilla.

Lech Lecha 5746.

Lech Lecha includes both movements: up and down. In this version of this classic Maamar, the Rebbe argues that from this first Possuk of the Parsha it is indicative that we can (and therefore must) do both together.
